build broken

Hi all.

Current Makefile-rules began to work strange:

- do not process .o and .a files
- and full recompile always

Also. Can switch off silent make mode?
I removed block lines from Rules.mak with knotty silen-rules,
but do not show full messages of build.

Current Makefile-rules do more and more knotty :((

What for was so to change rules before release of a bugs-free variant?
