Anybody want to port ipkg to busybox?

OK, maybe not :(

There's a lot more stuff that the installation functions in ipkg need than
you might first expect, and it's all so interwoven that I can't really begin
to get a handle on the ipkg code. Also, I don't exactly have any method of
testing - ipkg compilation fails on my system, and I can't install Familiar.

Anyone else care to give ipkg a go?
