Anybody want to port ipkg to busybox?

I'm prepared to have a bash at this - I've got all of next week free thanks
to holidays, so that's a fair bit of time for development. I'll take a look
at the code tomorrow hopefully, unless anyone else is particularly desperate
to develop it...
