Well, you always can rename /dev/random to /dev/random.real and copy
/dev/urandom to /dev/random.  I do this on all my virtualised boxes
(once ULM now Xen) where I don't get any real entropy. At last not
enough.

(OTOH I'm still hoping for a hwrandom like driver that get's entropy
from the host ...)
