ifupdown enhancement

Hi,

I submitted a feature request some time ago to add a "manual" target to
ifupdown like it exists in debian, see:
http://bugs.busybox.net/view.php?id=1057

This is usefull to execute pre-up scripts to initialize bridging
interfaces for example.

Unfortunately nobody seemed to have a look on it so far, so my question:
Is anybody else interested in it? We use it in FreeWRT for network
config stuff.
