[test] make check failed

Hello all,

I've updated the svn source.  make check is failed:

$ LC_ALL=C make check V=1

make -f scripts/Makefile.build obj=scripts

-D"KBUILD_BASENAME=KBUILD_STR(applets)"
-D"KBUILD_MODNAME=KBUILD_STR(applets)" -c -o applets/applets.o
applets/applets.c
applets/applets.c:15:21: busybox.h: No such file or directory
applets/applets.c:42:21: applets.h: No such file or directory


there's no -I option in the flags. While make test is OK.
