Ok, I agree with that.  (The reason I haven't checked in version changes for 
the bugfix releases because they don't match up with -devel svn versions.  
Speaking of which, 1.2.2 is overdue...)

I was mostly annoyed at the comment.  (I've had a bit of a week, friend wound 
up in the hospital over the weekend, rush project at work, yesterday I was on 
3 hours of sleep and today I slept through my alarm by about 3 hours, etc.  
I'm on a shorter fuse than I should be right now.)

I would have preferred something like 1.3.x-devel or some such (something that 
doesn't sound like a release, since I did actually put out a -pre release 
last year), but it's not worth a commit to change.
