[ifupdown] dhcp clients and zcip (zeroconf)

i don't recall seeing it at the time.

it looks interesting.  it's true that switching back and forth
between zcip and dhcp is problematic, currently.  it's easy
enough to start zcip from the "leasefail" stanza of udhcp.script,
but getting dhcp to take over if a server becomes present is
more problematic.

is anyone running the above patch?
