It won't.  Rob is just stating that all of this requested changes/work is to
make easier a process (finding functions and prototypes) that is already
ridiculously easy if you use ctags.

I'm of the mindset that if others want to add all of this, I don't really
care, but a combination of ctags and grep take care of it for me.
