/etc/init.d/rcS not found!

I cross-compiled BusyBox 1.1.2 for my OMAP5912 OSK with gcc 4.0.0.
Everything is ok but when I boot the OSK up, then init said that it can't
find "/etc/init.d/rcS" file, although it's already there. After that the ash
shell starts on ttyS0, and it works just fine.
Has anyone faced the same problem like me? I wonder if there is some
problems with the parse_inittab function in init.c.
