The second option, wether to use internal or external ip; doesnt effect
how ifupdown works, it still shells out to the command line to use the
ip command.

I think its 'in there face' so they dont forget to enable busybox ip
applet parts, and they know which parts they need.

Perhaps there could be a comment saying what parts of ip they need to
enable as a bare minimum if they use bb ip.

(same for other bb/external commands)
