Small todo items?

i'm assuming you're referring to the "TODO" file at the top level of
the busybox source tree, right?  it seems that it's long past due to
have a real issue tracking system and to **start using it**.

i've seen the one at bugs.busybox.net, but i know numerous people seem
not to like it.  if it doesn't do the job, then i think it's way past
time to find one that does.  trying to keep up with the status of a
particular bug by perusing the mailing list archives just doesn't cut
it any more.

time to make a decision, no?
