That's fine with me. The patch looks plain OK at first sight. Anyone, please
apply.
Regarding /etc/modprobe.conf, it was already supported, no? You don't seem to
have changed anything in this area. It already tries /etc/modprobe.conf, then
/etc/modules.conf, and falls back to /etc/conf.modules. Did I miss something?
