inetd[10688]: shell/tcp: unknown service

After trying to use the busybox inetd, I've got this message
in syslog from busybox-inetd.

ls -l /etc/services 
-rw-r--r--  1 root root 17571 Mar 21 20:46 /etc/services

ls -l /etc/inetd/services 
lrwxrwxrwx  1 root root 13 Sep  1 14:23 /etc/inetd/services -> /etc/services

debian netkit-inet and inetutils-inetd are working in this configuration.

I can't strace the bb-inetd because it's forks directly.

Any hints?
