I don't understand the issue here, guys. (I'm not saying there isn't one, I'm
just saying I'm not very familiar with date format standards and had never
even noticed we had a $BUILDTIME.)
Could I get a little more explanation please? What was wrong with the old
date format that's not wrong with the proposed new one?
