Ok, my stupidity might help someone else. My terminal client
(HyperTerminal in windows) had line feeds turned on, which was causing
obvious problems.

Subject: [BusyBox] Running an application on ttyS0

I am trying to run an application on ttyS0. This is the line from
inittab I am using:

ttyS0::respawn:/sbin/getty -L -n -i -l /bin/console/EmergencyConsole.py
9600 ttyS0

The application appears as would be expected, the application presents
the user with a menu to change options. However pressing any key causes
it to restart. When running it on tty3 it works fine.

Any ideas?

Thanx,
Roy Walker
