[BusyBox] [patch] new lpr applet (update)

Hi list,
lpr has got some more 'bb'-fication and got a second command called 'lpq' .
diffs for busybox Config.in and Makefile are included due to demand.
note: there are inside the lpr dir to nobody risk to terminate its
bb source. you have to apply by hand.

lpr got much more comments and documentation.
