This adds another "Microsoft Invention We All Certainly Need", namely
that a client can send a particular option (0x51) in a DHCP-request
packet to request that the DHCP-server registers the hostname the
client transmitted.

Appropriate category: Misfeature (trustworthy client? WTF?).

BTW, I could (easily) answer all this questions, but this is to much work
to do unpaid for someone who cannot reasonably be expected to even say
"Thank you".
