modutils and 2.4 kernel broken?

I've done this before, and plan to write up a HOWTO on building a 
gcc-for-uClibc toolchain if I ever get a spare moment.

Somebody should poke Mazur and see how he's getting along with the cleaned up 
2.6.15 headers...
