[BusyBox] ldconfig

Are you offering to port it to busybox, and wondering how to go about 
integrating it?

Otherwise, you would have to hope that somebody was intrigued enough to port 
it for you. Then, it would be considered by the group and potentially added 
to an upcoming release.

Anything is possible.
