[BusyBox] Memory issues

hi iam running 

msql db and when ever i run queries after few queries the cat /proc/meminfo
shows free memory has gone down by 4kb
iam just thinking is this an busy box issue iam using 0.60 version of busy
box
i initially thought it could be msql db server but when i ran valgrind
--tool=memcheck on the host machine it doesnt show any error iam beginning
it to think is it busybox issue?
