[BusyBox] BusyBox httpd: relative URLs in subdirectories does not work

This is not strange.
Current not inmplemented.
I have very many changes the variant httpd with
- move permanently
- bind to address
- reverse resolving
(see ftp://ftp.simtreas.ru/pub/my/bb/new )
but it have desynced with busybox current (my and not my changes).
I think do a patchs after busybox 1.0 realized.
