[BusyBox] [PATCH] fix arg checking in addgroup.c and size optimization

Hi, 
This little patch fixes commandline arg checking 
in addgroup.
It makes shure that the arg supplied with the -g switch is a number
and errors out to usage message if it is not.
There is also a little size optimization.
