[BusyBox] compatibility fix: rpm2cpio (bzip2 decompression)

Here's a patch for archival/rpm2cpio.c to handle bzip2 compressed rpms
(an extra if statement to differentiate between gzip/bzip2 payloads).

bzip2 is fairly common for package distribution these days.. apparantly
this message was missed (the patch never got applied):
