[BusyBox] ash hashing

Hi all;

I'm using busybox while building a lean linux distri. For my purposes I
cannot find anything about switching hashing in the ash-shell on or off.

In which way does ash do hashing for used commands? Is there an option, like
the bash "+h"-option?
