I don't think it's a good idea to change this just like that!

Do you mind introducing something like 
"CONFIG_FOLLOW_LATEST_FHS_STANDARD" or whatever?

I am sure not every embedded system developer will just change the 
filesystems of all their embedded devices out there just because a new 
FHS was release!
