[BusyBox] busybox and binutils build

Hello!

running ltconfig through configure (binutils-2.14.90.0.8) (search for: 
find the maximum length of command line arguments, before line 805 in 
ltconfig) fails with arg list too long.
Probably the "test" command does not work as expected.
