[BusyBox] Strange thing about GoAhead

Dear all,
I usr GoAhead as our web server.
When I use pppoe as follows.
adsl-start(from rp-pppoe) in our start shell.
Everything works well.(I use start-stop-daemon -S -x
webs)
But When I use adsl-stop. The web server will be
killed. I write a simple shell like follows

adsl-start
webs&
adsl-stop
-------
The webs will be killed. It looks very strange. I try
to make webs as daemon. It looks better. But adsl-stop
will kill webs. After I set up ADSL in our CGI, in the
console I set adsl-stop(or killall pppd). The webs
will be terminated. 
The busybox I used are pre1 pre5 and pre7 and all
situations are the same. 
In prompt, when I type adsl-start and then webs and
then adsl-stop, the webs does not be terminated.

Any suggestions are appreciated.
