[BusyBox] reboot problem with busybox 0.60.5

 Hi,  
   
 i am using busybox 0.60.5 and linux-2.4.21 with the arm-linux patch rmk2. Sometimes reboot  
 fails when i try to reboot from the console. It fails too, if i make a system call from a -program.  
 I found out that in init.c in the function static void shutdown_system(void)   the call of kill(-1, 
SIGKILL); hangs (i have added some messages and they don't appear > sometimes after that 
call when reboot fails).   
 I am using a linuxrc. I have found some similar problems in the mailinglist but i don't find a  
 solution for my problem.  
 Does someone has solved this problem ?
