[BusyBox] Compiler error if 'sysctl' not selected

I just built busybox-1.00-pre9 on arm using the latest uClibc
from CVS with the latest busybox from CVS using your .config and
I did not have any problems....  Since uClibc-0.9.19 is now over
a year old, I recommend an upgrade to a current release such as
uClibc 0.9.26.
