[BusyBox] Tab completion in 1.00*

actually, i have the problem, too. well, kindof. tab completion works if 
the executable resides in any of /bin /sbin (i have no /usr). completion 
doesn't work if it's in any different directory, although the other 
directories are mentioned in PATH. this did work with 0.60.5, though.
