[BusyBox] Where do I report a compiler bug?

So I'm chugging along debugging my new bunzip code (which is now down to 585
lines, by the way), and I find an odd little thingy that GOES AWAY when I
don't compile with -Os!

Yup, it's a compiler bug. Here's the test case. gcc 3.2.2 out of Red Hat 9
miscompiles this with -Os, but compiles it correctly without -Os.
