[BusyBox] [patch] Why busybox xargs is broken.

Attached is a patch that adds the -n option to xargs, and it should be
easy to extend it further.

It isnt finished though, i may create a seperate function get_next_arg()
to get the next <blank> |or <newline> seperarated argument from stdin.
