[BusyBox] tar -C broken in 1.0pre3

Hi,

it appears that the -C option to tar is not working in busybox1.0pre3.
The switch is accepted but it does not do a 'change directory' before
taring up the directory.

For example:

  cd /var/log
  tar cvf /tmp/xx.tar -C /etc/X11 .

lists the files in /var/log instead of /etc/X11!

This is with BusyBox 1.0pre3 cross-compiled to a ppc_8xx processor with
the ELDK cross compiler.

Is this a known problem? Is there a fix already?

Cheers,
John McCarthy.
