[BusyBox] Conditional compilation of bdflush in init.c

Hi Erik,

I wasn´t managing to compile busybox with the init option because of a missing 
bdflush symbol during linking. But it seems that bdflush is not required for 
recent Linux kernels, so I have added a few lines to conditionally compile 
bdflush.

I don´t know if my patch is consistent with busybox style, but here is 
anyways.
