[BusyBox] configure scripts, fgrep and sed

Ive been playing with busybox as a minimal build envirnment.

fgrep is used by some configure scripts, this patch adds the fgrep to
busybox's grep. However fgrep is much simpler than grep or egrep, so i
think to be done properly grep/egrep needs to be reorganised.

Its good for a quick fix though.

Ive also got a patch which adds sed branching support ':' and 'b'
options, it too needs work, its giving the wrong results when used on
the configure scripts, i havent worked out where the problem is.

Im getting sidetracked at the moment, ill have a go at fixing these up
in a couple of days.
