[BusyBox] telnet daemon and ftp server.

I know it's not exactly the same thing, but it accomplishes the same goal.

Use the sshd that comes in the buildroot project. Well, that and buildroot itself.
You get the functional equivalent of telnetd and ftp provided by ssh and scp.
No one uses telnet anymore anyways :-)
