[BusyBox] Job Control: 0.60.5 = On - v1.00-pre1 = off?

Hi All,

With version 60.5 I have job control, no problem I tried upgrading to
1.00-pre1 and I loose job control. The only thing that I change on my
boot device is the busybox image. I am hoping it is a configuration
issue with the build, but nothing is obvious to me. Any suggestions on
where to look would be appreciated...
