[BusyBox] Reboot problem

Hello, I've a little problem.
If I do reboot, the system won't do anything. To reboot I must do init 6, so the machine umount all, disable network, ... but don't reboot.
The same problem occure when I make halt: I must do init 0 but the machine doesn't stop.
My PC is a little industrial system with Via C3 and AT motherboard (can it be the problem?).

How can I do to stop or reboot the machine? I need these commands to operate from a remote host.
