[BusyBox] Problem with telnetd daemon.

I have a problem with the telnetd daemon, from the inetutils package. 

I writed a '/etc/inetd.conf' file with the following text line:
> telnet  stream  tcp  nowait  root  /usr/bin/telnetd  telnetd

At BusyBox startup I launch the 'inetd' daemon; when i try to connect to this PC from another machine:
> telnet MYIPADDR

I obtain the following message:
> connection lost

Is there another configuration to make in order to connect by telnet to my BusyBox?
