Do you perhaps have interrupt problems?
When I had a bug in my IRQ code, my serial console would almost work,
but there were big delays.

Subject: [BusyBox] stdio problems on sparc

Hi!

When I type something in the shell, the characters do not appear in right
time and when, for example, I press [enter], the command doesn't execute.
(Or rather it executes but doesn't show me the result). When I then press
something more, then I see the old characters coming. Sometimes.

I firstly thought that ash shell is to blame but no - all applets seem
to have the same problem. (Tried ash, hush, lash, msh, vi, etc..)

Busybox was compiled on sparc32 arch (SS5), gcc version 2.95.4,
libc-2.2.5, Debian (Woody) running on vanilla linux kernel 2.4.20.

Latest stable (0.60.5) and CVS version both have the same problem.

Any hints?
