[BusyBox] Time synchronization

I think I remember seeing something about this in the archives but I 
can't find it now.

What is the best way to get busybox to synchronize with an NTP server? 
Is there built-in functionality for this? Is there a way to use adjtimex 
and/or rdate for this?

Someone mentioned ntpclient as a possible option and I might try that, 
but having everything in busybox would be ideal.
