Ok.  Well, busybox 0.60.5 was released 26 October 2002...
Regardless, I don't see anything relative to the problem you are
having that would make a difference.  You may (or may not) want
to give busybox 1.0.0-pre2 a try.

I think you may want to run a debugger (or add extra printf()s)
to the list_dir() function in busybox ls.c
