[BusyBox] bug tracker bug report

Hi,

If I go to:

   http://bugs.busybox.net/db/si/donenormal.html

then two odd things happen:

(1) I don't think this is really a list of all resolved normal bugs. 

(2) The link at the top of the page which promises to take me to
    "the bug system top-level contents WWW page" takes me to the
    same page I'm already looking at.

This makes it tricky to figure out how to report a bug (manually
editing the URL eventually got me to
http://bugs.busybox.net/Reporting.html, which has the information)
