Please define "complete linux system".

If you want a COMPLETE Linux  system,  better  install  any  standard
distribution  like  RedHat  or SuSE or Mandrake or ..., selection the
install option "install everything".

If you're looking for a small embedded system, have  a  look  at  our
SELF  (Simple  Embedded  Linux  Framework)  package which is based on
busybox (and mainly focussed on PowerPC systems,  although  there  is
also a configuration for a MachZX system). See
