[BusyBox] dynamic linking : unable to open shared libraries

hi,
i have ARM920T/integrator. i use nfs root
i have busybox. when i build ( static flag = false) . i get kernel message as follows: but i have all the libraries reqd by busybox at lib directory
how to tell busybox to use libraries which are in /ftpboot/.../lib
