[BusyBox] Busybox-unstable adduser patch2

Hi, yesterday I downloaded latest cvs tgz but it seems to me the buggy 
commandline parsing in adduser.c is always there.
This is not so bad because I 've had the time to investigate the 
getopt() function andso I was able to fix the original code, which has 
far more better error handling then
mine.
The patch contains also the previous fixes to

passwd_wrapper()

and an optimization of

addgroup_wrapper()

which Vladimir N. Oleynik posted to the list,
