There are a number of cases where dietlibc gets things wrong 
and has chosen small size over correctness.  I've not tested
dietlibc with busybox recently, so I can't say for certain in 
this case.

What version of uClibc, dietlibc?  Why use busybox 0.60.0
which is already somewhat old?  Mind providing your busybox
Config.h file so I can check things?
