[BusyBox] nfs mount: ...failed: Invalid argument

i cant mount an nfs share on my ipaq
im using busybox v0.60.3-pre.
and i previously tried v0.53pre.
both yield the same error.
the host receives and authenticates the request, however -
(i checked the log files - /var/log/messages).
