[BusyBox] Boot floppy

Hello,

I've create a boot floppy by following the boot floppy
instruction from busybox-0.52. But when i try to boot
the floppy i get this message:

Kernel panic: No init found Try passing init= option
to the kernel

Can anyone help me on this?
